No one wins with spam. Preventing and dealing with all issues associated with spamming by our affiliates is our commitment. Each of our partners agrees to our anti-spam policy; we will remove any affiliate guilty of this offense from our program. Any affiliates using spam-type promotional techniques will have their accounts closed and their revenues distributed to the other affiliates on our network.
Spamming is an unproductive and damaging exercise that hurts the reputation of both the affiliate and the casino, in addition to alienating current and potential players. Spreading casino-related spam can possibly make the casino liable for expenses incurred due to the spam. If we discover that an affiliate has engaged in the spread of material resulting in such expenses, we will extract these expenses from the affiliate’s account balance. If the account balance is inadequate to cover the total expenses, we will withhold scheduled payments until the complete recovery of said expenses.
We actively encourage affiliates to contact us should they have a spam-related question or incident to report. We will contact the offending person and immediately end the spam
