The following sections encapsulate the entire agreement between Refer Casino (client) and the affiliate (contractor). It is also understood that any prior agreements, either verbal or written, are null and void, and the following Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between both parties. If you do not agree with this agreement, please do not sign up for our program. Thank you.

1. Affiliate Enrollment

Any webmaster wishing to promote an online casino may sign up though the Refer Casino program to recieve a profit share of all sign ups said affiliate delivers through the Refer Casino tracking system. The webmaster is responsible for their own promotions, and will be banned from our system if they are caught doing any unethical and or illegal promotions, including but not limited to bulk mailing, 'spam', and or unsolicited commercial email. Email marketing is perfectly acceptable, provided that it is done through an opt in list, which states clearly that the subscriber will be receiving third party advertisements via email and also contains an unsubscribe option.

All other forms of marketing are acceptable, including but not limited to search engine promotion, email marketing, opt in list marketing, database marketing, banner advertsing, billboards, flyers, and direct mail.

Following are the two payout options that Refer Casino offers:

The 2nd teir program pays webmasters who refer other webmasters to our program either a 5% bonus net loss, or $5 per referred webmaster, depending on which program you sign up for.

2. Affiliate Responsibilites

Affiliate is responsible for providing their own marketing copy, internet connection, computer equipment, and related telecommunications devices.

Refer Casino will provide support via phone, email, and knowledgebase when available, but the Affiliate is encouraged to be creative and utilize their own proprietary means of attracting and gaining new clients.

3. Tracking Sales

Refer Casino will provide all subscribing affiliates with the ability to track sales, including access to 24 seven statistical data, and pay out information to date, with the ability to sort by day, month, year, etc. Refer Casino will pay monthly, at a commission rate of 25% for direct affiliates, and 5% through the second teir affiliates which are recruited by already enrolled webmasters. The commission rate is higher for performing affiliates, please see the sign up page for more information. Accounting is done each month on the last day of the month, typically the 30th. Payouts are then made by the 5th of each month. However, the minimum payout for all affiliates in our system is $200, on either program, so if the minimum amout owed is less than this amount in any calendar month, Refer Casino will reserve payment until such time as the amount due the Affiliate is over this established minimum amount. The tracking system also allows Affiliates to track their second teir performance, so there are no questions about how much money we owe our members. The more Affiliates of our program earn, the happier we are!

4. Modification of Terms

Refer Casino, due to the dynamic nature of the internet field, may modify these terms and conditions from time to time. However, any and all such modifications will not materially affect the current due moneys owed to any/all existing Affiliates. These changes, if they do encompass the pay out levels, and or the bonuses which participating webmasters are eligible for, will take place the following pay period, and as much advance notice as possible will be made to all Affiliates if the pay outs change.
